Due to the nature of design, printing, and advertising services, all payments made to Muskan Advertising are non-refundable once work has begun.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Design work already completed
• Printed materials already sent for printing
• Approved artwork

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before the project begins. Once design or printing starts, cancellation is not possible.
